Loved the presentation of the food. Simply beautiful. Fantastic service, however, the card terminal was broken. Somehow, the fact that I had to go withdraw 200+ EUR in cash ruined the high-end experience. The food was great but I am not sure the price is justified, I didn't feel like I was really getting the bang for my buck. The atmosphere is superb though. I liked that they offer dishes to share. Ultimately, it is up to you whether you're willing to pay a higher price for bells and whistles. Outdoor seating with heaters available.

The restaurant is a little hidden. It is a fancy place. Easy to reach by taxi or public transport. The place is famous for sushi and this kind of food. I must say the location and the vibe is top. Prices are ok but the service is not good. Honestly for such a high class restaurant I expect excellent service. If you have special wishes or something is not right it’s hard to communicate here. No blankets available inside if you sit close to the Terrasse outside it’s getting cold soon. Make sure you make reservations and dress warm: check it our yourself. But food and drinks are really good.
Very bad service at the bar. We couldn't order anything for almost one hour, because service ignored us and were busy with preparing drinks for...themselves. They were drinking at the bar and having they own party there. I have never seen something like that in any club/bar in world.
It's always sad to see fancy ingredients used poorly, or drowned in mayo or other sauces. Drives the prices up, and the experience down. Would have loved to enjoy it more, but we were disappointed.
My expectation was to get the best sushi in town. The quality was average, I must say I’ve eaten much better in Vienna. The restaurant has a nice interior design, but I’m afraid it is the only positive thing I have to report.
Although we knew what to order, the waiter recommended a sparkling wine (not in the menu) which according to him is very popular in Japan. The bottle was 20cl and we decided to take it just to try something new - the sparkling wine was really nothing special, in fact we didn’t drink it all. When we got the bill, our surprise, the sparkling wine was 40€, which honestly was not worth at all. Of course I could have asked how much it would cost, nevertheless this kind of “trick” to sell is unacceptable. Therefore, this was my first and last time in this restaurant.
Highly recommended!!! excellent drinks, expertly prepared. The restaurant has this beautiful terrace where you can comfortably eat excellent Japanese cuisine, the Dim Sum and wasabi are delicious! Very kind and professional staff. All anticovid-19 rules respected.
Terrible Terrible service. We were two people on a Saturday night and they were fully booked. However they did not sent us away but they sat us at this I cant even say table because It was a box. They told us it was the waiting area. After a while we asked if they have an available places and this blonde older woman kept dismissing us. We felt really judged and uncomfortable. Later they finally sat us at the bar. The food was mehh and we are never coming back thats for sure.
